RTL Markdown Reader

A Markdown reader that respects right-to-left text

Mdora automatically detects right-to-left content and renders it with correct RTL layout, alignment, and an appropriate font — so Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, and Urdu documents read naturally, not mirrored or broken.

Why RTL Markdown needs special handling

Most Markdown tools assume left-to-right text. When you open an Arabic or Hebrew document in them, punctuation jumps to the wrong side, lists align incorrectly, and mixed Latin/RTL lines become hard to follow. Mdora detects the writing direction of your content and applies right-to-left layout where it belongs, while keeping code blocks and Latin snippets left-to-right.

Languages Mdora handles well

Arabic, Hebrew, Persian (Farsi), Urdu, and other right-to-left scripts are rendered with a fitting font and proper alignment. Documents that mix right-to-left prose with left-to-right code or URLs are handled per-block, so each part reads in its natural direction.

Full Markdown, in either direction

RTL support sits on top of complete GitHub-flavored Markdown: headings, tables, task lists, blockquotes, links, and highlighted code blocks all render correctly. You can read, edit in a live split view, and download the result — see the online Markdown reader page for the full feature list.
